What We Do: Group Facilitation
Group Facilitation brings together those requiring guidance during a conversation comprising of a group or groups of people. Group Facilitation may or may not necessarily be requested for a specific conflict, but does provide structure and helps groups in the community focus on their intended purpose of getting together to discuss matters they feel are important to them. Group Facilitation utilizes professionally trained volunteer facilitators who are experienced in guiding complex, difficult conversations. Any group or groups of people in our community who feel it is important to have their discussion facilitated by professionals may use this service to bring about greater understanding, possible cooperation, air concerns, voice feelings, reach agreements, or heal after a traumatizing event may request Group Facilitation with MCRC.
